An event that will enchant you and a must during your holiday time here in Zermatt. Alternatively, try out on our “Inchöö Ticino” every Saturday where Italian flair meets Alpine atmosphere. Watch your dishes being prepared in a loaf of Parmesan and simply get seduced.

Fresh, regional and seasonal products are basis of our Swiss cuisine. Our providers are, whenever possible, small-scale food producers and mostly not far-off. Situated in the Valais or in other Swiss cantons we maintain close contact with suppliers and producers.
